I’m excited to share that I’ll be training in MLD massage very soon, and that means more massage goodness will be on offer. 🙌

MLD is a gentle, therapeutic massage designed to work with the body’s lymphatic system to encourage and stimulate lymph flow.

And for those of you thinking what on earth is lymph?! I’ll be sharing more soon about LMD, how it works, and what you can expect from treatment.
